Antelope to Zebra! Private company in south Texas adding to our veterinary team. Seeking experienced large animal veterinarian with strong interest in ruminants. Independent, innovative self-starter with a desire to work in the field. Focus on herd health, neonatal care, diagnosis and treatment of ill, injured or orphaned animals, humane and safe chemical capture and relocation. Participate in cutting-edge projects in reproductive medicine. Collaborate with our dedicated team of ranch managers and animal caretakers. Take a leading role in improving care and increasing knowledge of captive exotic wildlife. Large animal experience preferred; exotic experience not required. New graduates considered DOE. The Role:
As our VP of Sales & Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role goes beyond traditional sales management, encompassing revenue operations to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Build, train, and lead a top-tier sales team from scratch
- Develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
- Create and manage sales forecasts and revenue projections
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Implement and optimize sales technologies and tools
- Establish partnerships and strategic relationships to drive business growth
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales teams
- Experience in revenue operations and sales strategy development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
