Exotic Animal Purchase Terms and Conditions
- All sales are final.
- All sales are on a first come, first served basis.
- WildLife Partners provides a one-week warranty for all purchased animals from the date of delivery.
- Specifically, WildLife Partners will either replace or refund the price of an animal should the animal die of either natural or catch/delivery related causes.
- WildLife Partners is not liable for animals that are lost due to predators or mistreatment.
- WildLife Partners requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of animal expiration for warranty to remain valid.
- Necropsy information may be required if cause of death is unclear.
- Upon completion of delivery, all customers will receive an electronic invoice, followed by a hard copy invoice via USPS.
- Customers absent at time of delivery will also receive photographic proof of animal delivery.
- Payment is due upon animal delivery. Customers may pay via the following methods:
- Cash/check to WLP delivery driver at time of delivery
- Via the payment portal provided on customer’s electronic invoice within 24 hours of invoice issuance
- If payment has not been received within 24 hours via check or invoice payment portal, WLP will ACH customer’s bank account within 48 hours of animal delivery for full purchase price.
- Customer will be required to enter bank information into WLP secure portal at time of purchase.
- Customer must agree to all terms and conditions before sale becomes final. Once sale is final, WLP will contact customer within 24 hours to schedule animal delivery at a mutually agreeable time.
